1. I get lots of information from Twistingonline already, why do I need to become a member?

Twistingonline provides a great deal of free information and will continue to do so, by becoming a member you will then gain access to much more information as well as other benefits and discounts such as :
- DMD's (Design Movie Download movie clips)

- Downloadable royalty free Balloon Clipart
- Downloadable royalty free photos
- Balloon & industry information, hints and tips


2. I filled out the form but when I sign in I can not see anything different!

If you have filled in the application and signed in but do not see anything different you may notice on the top of that page a box indicating that you are NOT a FULL MEMBER as you have not made payment. In order to become a full member and take advantage of all that Bezonline membership has to offer you, you need to make the membership payment which can be done by clicking on the 'Make Payment' link in the Membership box on the left hand side. Once you have made payment your account will be updated and you will then see the downloads etc.


3. I am trying to download a design from the downloads area but I am having problems!
The reasons for the problem could be:
- older operating systems
- older versions of Adobe Reader
Try to open the document on another computer or download the newest version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe website (it is free of charge).


4. Can I use the Clipart and or the portfolio photos from Twistingonline on my personal website as part of my portfolio?
You can use the Clipart in which ever way you need to and on which ever for of advertising you are taking out. With regards to the portfolio photos you can again use these were ever you wish as long as they contain the Twistingonline logo or if it says below the pictures that they come from Twistingonline. The Twistingonline logo is also available to download from various areas of the site and in partially in each of the download areas.


5. Will my personal information be used outside of Twistingonline?

All the information which you provide to us is protected under the Data Protection Act and therefore can not be shared with any other party. As Twisitngonline works and is supported by other companies within the Balloon & Party Industry we may from time to time run surveys which you are invited to take part in and at this time your information will be shared but this will be very clearly stated in case like this and you are under no obligation to take part.


6. Can I use the receipt I have received by email which also confirms that I am a member as an official receipt?
Yes, you can print the receipt off and use it in your accounts as proof of purchase.


7. I don't have a credit card but I would still like to/ become a member/ make a purchase from the online shop/ what can I do?
You can make payment by sending a cheque made payable to Bezonline.com or request our bank details in order to make a bank transfer. Please not that cheques sent from outside the UK will have to include an extra £10 banking charge which is placed on us by the bank in order to process.


8. I want to upload a picture to the gallery how do I do this?

The Twistingonline team vets all information before it is uploaded to the website so in order to upload your pictures to any of the gallery areas simply email them to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it along with your name and company name. We will then ensure that your picture is added to the appropriate gallery area given that it does not contain any rude, sexual, unrelated content.


9. Can I put a link to Twistingonline on my website?

We have a ‘Member of Twistingonline’ logo for members to include on their website and any other promotional material they wish. This logo is available to download in the member's area.


10. How can I print out a page or an article?

In your upper right corner find a »Print« icon, if you click on that icon a new window will open with your desired content. Then simply use a browser to print out the page/article.


11. Why am I logged out as a member if I don't click on the page for a few minutes?

For internet safety/security precautions, the page automatically signs you out after fifteen (15) minutes if you haven't clicked on the page in that time. You can then simply key in you username and password and log yourself back into the members area.


12. How do I change my password?
When you are signed in you have an option to change password in the upper right corner, click on the link and follow the instructions.


13. The membership fee and other prices are shown in UK Pound Sterling, how can I find out what this costs in US dollars or EURO?
Twistingonline is a UK based company and as such have a UK based bank, the charges for membership fees and the costs of the products in the online shop are given in UK Pound Sterling. We do give in some cases a sample of the costs in other currencies but we do advise that you consult the daily Currency Exchange Rate for an accurate cost on your chosen currency.

Each credit card company or bank will determine their own exchange rates and fees for converting currency and you should check with them for their exact exchange rates and charges/fees if applicable.

14. What is the relationship between Bezonline and Twistingonline?
Bezonline is the parent company and is set up for Balloon Decorators where as Twistingonline is set up to help Entertainers. You will notice on your credit card that the payment which you have made to join Twistingonline will state the name Bezonline, again this is because Bezonline is the parent company.
